Advanced Ferromagnetic Resonance Measurements of TMR Sensors

We will discuss new TMR sensors tests using the ISI FMRA-2008 system. The combination of bar-level probing, quadrupole electromagnet, customized RF spectral analysis, RF shielding, and in-situ quasi-static testing allows measurements of stiffness field, reference and free layer angular orientation, FMR transfer, and stability. New tests capabilities and experimental results will be presented and discussed.
