Dr. Dwayne LaBrake specializes in nanoimprint lithography processes and applications including magnetic media patterning techniques, nanoelectronics and photonic crystal and optical component fabrication. Since 2003 Dr. LaBrake has worked at Molecular Imprints where he has been responsible for nano imprint lithographic process development through pattern transfer aimed at device fabrication. He currently serves as Director of Applications for Molecular Imprints. Before coming to Molecular Imprints Dr. LaBrake spent 10 years at 3M Company in the areas of optical fiber and component manufacturing, deep-UV induced index modifications to fabricate in fiber Bragg gratings and lithographic methods for the fabrication of diffractive optical components.
Dr. LaBrake has commercialized numerous products, published over 20 technical articles and holds 10 U.S. patents.
