Michael Roen, Sr. Electrical Engineer, Advanced Product Design Engineering, HDD Division, Hutchinson Technology Inc.

Michael Roen has worked at Hutchinson Technology since 1994. During that time, Mr. Roen has led efforts to design and characterize hard disk drive suspension interconnects, including development of the majority of interconnenct measurement systems and test methods. Current responsibilities include product design and development of advanced interconnect solutions that address high data rate applications.

Mr. Roen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Minnesota – Institute of Technology and is currently working towards his Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
