Patrick Madsen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. Patrick joined HTI in 1993 as an Assembly Process Engineer and has since transitioned to other positions including Development Team Manager and Process Definition Engineering Manager overseeing new process technology deployments. Patrick was recently named Director of Advanced Development Engineering and is now responsible for strategic direction and general management of HTI's advanced suspension product and process development areas.
