The future has never been brighter for the HDD industry: The industry is expected to ship as many drives in the next five years as it did in the last 50 years.

Mr. Moore's talk, Disk - the Past, the Present and the Future... will discuss the evolving role of hard disk drives in the overall storage industry including a look at future architectures, technology advancements and growth opportunities.

On-site registration is $30.00. Conference registration are $660/member and $930/non-member for the two-day conference and $354/member and $510/nonmember for a one-day conference registration.

In honor of the 50^th anniversary of the hard disk drive, contributions are being accepted to preserve the history and legacy of magnetic disk storage.
